We are looking for a pro-active artist to create a mini pop-up experience in connection with our forthcoming Emma Critchley exhibition in February 2025.
This is an open access encounter, where the public are invited to explore your practice and your response to the exhibition. Visitors can take part in different ways, for example, through conversations, responding to resources, listening to presentations, and handling materials through workshops.
A willingness to engage and share your work with the audience is essential. This project aims to foster discussion, play and explore ideas connected to Emma Critchley’s work, your personal practice, and audience experiences.
We encourage applicants who live or work within a 40 mile radius of John Hansard Gallery. Please submit your CV and a short paragraph on why you would like to undertake this project to [email protected] by January 2025.
Fees: £1750 (inclusive of preparation, 5 studio pop up days), plus materials and travel.
