A Guided Tour of Las Gemelas: Arrival (a lexicon of unmaking)

Led by Jo Bresloff, join us for a guided Touch Tour of Las Gemelas: Arrival (a lexicon of unmaking) by artists Sonia Boué and Ashokkumar D Mistry.

The exhibition explores the arrival of almost 4,000 Basque child refugees that docked in Southampton on 23rd May 1937 upon the SS Habana, as a consequence of the Spanish Civil War.

Discover the exhibition through touch, description and discussion. There will also be opportunity to take part in a creative making session.

Jo has over 15 years’ experience in art education and in leading tours with and for blind and partially sighted people.
