Aged 11-16? Join us for a two-day Easter Holiday workshop to create a futuristic world!
Explore model making to create a fictional world, developing characters and an environment and how this world functions and thrives.
Working alongside model maker, set designer and animator Nathan Ward to create people using cardboard construction, as well as City Eye film production, turn your creations into life by filming a day in the life of your character!
Inspired by David Blandy’s exhibition Atomic Light and the exploration of the climate crisis and our environment, and what our planet may look like if we don’t act now!
We hope that you will:
Bring your enthusiasm and work hard as part of a team!
Be willing to try new techniques and skills
Be respectful and mindful of the gallery, staff, artwork, and other young people taking part in the workshop!
Be available to attend both days!
