This is a two-hour creative writing workshop aimed at adults, bringing together medical students and members of the public.
We will look askance at the body, using art images (provided) to document, interrogate and inscribe our varied experiences, through freewriting, discussion and collaboration.
The workshop will be led by Gita Ralleigh, a medical doctor, poet and creative writing lecturer at Imperial College, London. Material from the art exhibition Becoming doctors, showing at John Hansard Gallery during the Arts & Humanities Festival, will be used.
